Update (August 18, 2025): We’re happy to share that shipping to addresses within the United States has officially resumed! 🎉

Earlier this month (August 8, 2025), we temporarily paused U.S. shipping due to increased customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees, which made it difficult to provide a smooth and cost-effective experience for our American customers.

Since then, we’ve been actively working on alternative solutions—and now, with improved shipping arrangements in place, we’re able to serve our U.S. customers again with more reliable and affordable delivery options.

Canada Orders ship via Canada Post, UPS & other services.

  • Packages returned to the Arolly.com warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a Full Product Refund.
  • Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, in this situation we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. You may cancel or adjust your order at any time prior to shipping.
  • We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays.
  • Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
  • Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping.
  • We do not ship to known freight forwarders, and orders to such will be cancelled.
  • Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
  • Faster Expedited Shipping: If you would like to have your order delivered faster, we have such option available with additional shipping fees please contact us at cs@homelivingdream.com prior to completing the checking out process

 

Special Considerations

  • All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
  • All orders may be placed on hold for further security verification if information is found to be fraudulent.
  • In the event an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
