All Arolly.com products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase.
We will gladly accept the return / exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing OR if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason for 30 days from the date of purchase
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Requirements for Returns/Exchange:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from Arolly.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

- Our Returns Team will review your request and once the RMA request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions including RMA Number to return the package. Your RMA # must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging.
- Once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility & we will issue refund in your account and will notify you.
