All products returned to Arolly.com will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be hold and turned over to the legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Arolly.com. The company reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Arolly.com’s judgment and discretion.
How to submit a warranty:
Please contact us at cs@homelivingdream.com to submit your warranty claim, and include the Order ID & Full Name. We will respond to your email with detailed instructions how to return the defective product. Upon the receipt of product by Arolly.com, the product will be inspected (within 2-3 business days). If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Arolly.com will replace the product.

- Packages returned to the Arolly.com warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a Full Product Refund.
- Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, in this situation we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. You may cancel or adjust your order at any time prior to shipping.
- We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays.
- Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
