All products returned to Arolly.com will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be hold and turned over to the legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Arolly.com. The company reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Arolly.com’s judgment and discretion.
How to submit a warranty:
Please contact us at email@example.com to submit your warranty claim, and include the Order ID & Full Name. We will respond to your email with detailed instructions how to return the defective product. Upon the receipt of product by Arolly.com, the product will be inspected (within 2-3 business days). If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Arolly.com will replace the product.

Packages returned to the Arolly.com warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a Full Product Refund.
